Project overview
2410 developed a custom automation system for the Calleo Institut to process feedback collected via Wufoo forms after training seminars. The data flows from Wufoo into Zapier, which then triggers a custom PHP script that stores the data in a database and pushes it into Google Sheets.
This spreadsheet is structured to display trainer performance with dynamic averages, custom sorting, and visualization readiness for tools like Geckoboard. Further iterations added enhanced data structures such as individual trainer sheets, rolling average columns, and customizable historical data input.
The project included detailed guidance for hosting setup and manual adjustments.
Calleo appreciated 2410's responsiveness, technical creativity, and willingness to iterate based on feedback. Despite technical challenges from third-party tools, the collaboration remained constructive.
The client praised the final solution's flexibility, visual clarity, and automation, expressing intent to work further with 2410 on data analysis and future enhancements.
